breakfast burritos with sausage, mushrooms and salsa
for 1 person
a flour tortilla
1 egg
half white sausage
1 tablespoon Salsa
1 teaspoon sour cream:
a fresh mushroom
a leaf of lettuce
1 slice of cheddar

1 tomato

1 green chilli
2 sprigs fresh cilantro
