Another suggestion from the book Home baking. Cookbook. irresistible smell of freshly baked bread. Slightly crispy crust based in krojnia pierwszyh slices. Absolutely love it! Bread, which falls to my favorites. The presence of olive trees and sesame-conquered my heart:)

for a loaf of

1.5 tbsp olive
450g flour white bread
1 / 2 tsp salt
3 / 4 tsp instant yeast
1.5 tsp sesame seeds
1 / 3 teaspoon dried oregano
300ml warm water
115g oil

In a bowl mix together the flour with salt, add yeast and 2 / 3 sesame seeds and oregano. I also added olives. Pour water. Knead the dough for several minutes until it is smooth and elastic. Cover with wet cloth (I used foil, on which laid the cloth) and leave it for an hour in a warm place to double miescje volume. After this time, knead the dough for a minute. You can add olives-as the original recipe suggests. Shape into oval loaf and put on oiled baking tray. Again, cover and leave in a warm miescje to rise. The dough just before placing in the oven natnij several times lengthwise, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame zairen rest. Bake approximately 7-10 minutes at 195st C, then decrease the temperature of the 170st C and bake for another 15-25minut.
