Honey bun ....

Morning ... a huge craving for sweet, soft dough, the Indian tea company, which will not require me too long to wait for outgrowing and burning. I found a new book by the gain- Baking , Martha'y Day . Wonderfully soft, fluffy muffins enriched honey, yogurt and butter.

Honey-yogurt muffins
into 6 pieces
27g butter
3 tbsp honey
135ml Dalam yogurt-flavored with peaches and pineapple Kawakami
1 egg
30ml lemon juice
zest of 1 / 2 lemon
flour 85g cake flour
wholemeal flour 70g
3 / 4 teaspoon baking soda
decent dash knobs musztatolowej

The honey pot is dissolved and butter. Allow to cool. Wpojemniku whisk whisk together egg, yogurt, lemon juice and zest and fluffy. Add melted butter with the honey. Stir. Bake muffins until they are springy to the touch about 10 minutes in the 170st c temp (hot air).
