Muffins and cinnamon with jabkiem

into 6 pieces
wholemeal flour 90g
70g plain flour
1 1 / 2 teaspoons baking powder
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 / 2 tsp mixed spice
2 1 / 2 tablespoons brown sugar crystals
2 small apples
125ml milk 1 egg
55g margarine
